Gamernet:

Due to overwhelming popularity, we have noticed intermittent connection issues with EA SPORTS GamerNet.  As a result, "Daily Friends Leaderboards" have been temporarily disabled in the GamerNet Hub and Gamernet Instant Challenges will now appear a little less often in the game. 

We are currently working to resolve all known issues and hope to have everything up and running properly in the next few days.

Photo Gameface:

If you are experiencing difficulties with Photo Gameface, here are 2 things to try. 

First, make sure that your email address for EA SPORTS World matches the email address that’s used for your Xbox Gamertag or Sony Online ID.  If they do not match, then you will not be able to see your photos in the game.

Second, when in the game if you are able to see thumbnails of the images you uploaded but get an error when trying to download them, this is likely due to your internet connection speed.  To fix this, try uploading a smaller image.  Or if you are using a wireless connection, consider using a wired connection if possible.
