Recently, it has come to my attention that the top 3 people on the Xbox 360 Leaderboards have been doing something known as "Free Winning", It is where they set up dummy accounts then have they're friend play with them using a good team against a very bad team in order to get more skill points, now you might say "How can you prove it?" actually it's pretty easy to prove you just look at their recent games and it'll look something like this:
