I have the same problem.
We are a lot of guys that meet and play with our team.....Now you have a limit of 4 users ...WHY.....
By the way great game - but really miss the "multiplayer" part

I get really annoyed when i have beaten people 6-1 but yet i get less points than them because i have not done a few steps overs. That wouldn't ork at all. Then all you gotta do is to win 1 game and then you would be on the top of the ranking.

And skill points are not awarded by doing stepovers. etc. It's earned by winning, beting players with higher skill lvl than you, winning with low rated teams etc.

whats up ....just wanted to say that FIFA is the worlds greatest game i have bought it ever since the first one came out years ago and i am very happy on how far its come....but i want to see more south american teams ...be realistic majority of the worlds greatest players come from those clubs that end up getting sold to europe ... for EX.i mean how isnt the Argentinean league in the game or chilean ...but yet we have about 6 leagues in there that just dont belong in the game ... ex. K-league are in the game ..polish league ...danish league not to bash them but they are nowhere near the south american level ... ...i also think they should put more south amercian stadiums instead of some fakes ...but im happy that u guys made the effort in "09"...and try to focus on the crowd animation ...so it seems more realistic like flares and more flags going off during the game ....the atmosphere is everything ... south american clubs have the worlds greatest atmosphers EX. RIVER PLATE vs BOCA JR.S its something u cant even describe ...its PASSION ! and i think it should be a focus for "fifa 10".... these are the things me and my friends talk about that we think will improve this game ...the game play is amazing perfect 10 ! esspecially the moves ....once u master the freestyle stick ....it just makes the game that much better...so keep them coming. the shielding it fantastic awell.

ALSO !!!!!! everyone i know thats plays this game agrees with me on this one....FIFA 98 'road to the world cup " .... had an INDOOR MODE (futsal) which was AMAZING ...5v5 ...on a smaller field which had non stop action ... BRING IT BACK !!!!! esspecially with the moves it has now and gameplay it would be crazyyyyyyyyyy ....i think it would be a huggggge hit ONLINE aswell ...becuase thats where u really see moves like that come out ...and anyone who knows football knows this ....the games where very intense and u could have scored 5 ,6 goals a game.... BRING IT BACK !!!!!!!!

Hi guys... FIFA is a gerat game.. ANd i can see the attention being spent on realistic play.. The one area that is actually preventing me from even playing the game is this:

I play games as a social thing - really social - not online. I have a bunch of buddies come over, we each have our teams (countries), we set up a world cup type tourney.. and we play it out to see who is the best.
PROBLEM: we each pick the team we 'own'. But we are all in the room.. so when we play the tourney out, we want the other guys to control the non-owned team! else, you have a bunch of guys just sitting there, watching 1 guy play.
The last few releases have this issue.. no idea why. Back in the day this wasn't an issue.
The way we worked around it, was to own all the teams, and just go through the pain of simulating games where nobody truely owned either team. BUT NOT THAT isn't even possible, as the game limits the number of human owned teams in the tourney!

It's a great game.. and like many others, seems to be getting a lot of ONLINE features and improvements.. but lets not forget about guys like me.. who actually try to play with a bunch of buddies offline.

Can this 'simple' change get released through a patch? - just let non-human owned teams in tourneys, get controlled by players when selecting sides... It may mean the difference of this game being used at all by all the offline gamers like me.

second comment: whats up with the dutch players? whats the status on you guys getting rights to use their names and faces?

Hi. Fifa 09 is great and the best so far.....but WHERE is the ending to a Cup final or winning the league???????? There is no team celebrations like in a real final when the team lifts the cup, the lap of honour around the stadium with fireworks and music. Please someone tell me this was not left out the game?? Or do you have to play it on the hardest setting to see this?

Can someone let me know as this is driving me mad and shocked there is no proper ending to a cup final.

Hi there, ok first things first. I have been buying Pro Evo for years but this year decided to go for FIFA because everyone has been raving about it - I have to say I think you all did a great job and I am now a huge FIFA fan - the closest thing to real life so far - well done and thanks!

Secondly, just wondering whether there are any plans to have match stats and player ratings from recent games that you can view online? Kind of like with Call Of Duty or Halo where you can view all the stats from your previous games?

with the next fifa i wonted to no if you can control the keeper and if there will be a place in manager mode where you can sign people from a youth academy and will you be able to create a club thanks fifa 09 is the best fifa by miles
