I've been a Raider fan my entire life and I will remain a Raider fan no matter what there record. However I don't see the Raiders going anywhere for a long time. Im a big Al Davis fan but he has messed up alot the past few years. He released Deangelo Hall thats a terrible move. Also he fired Lane Kiffen way to early. Another thing he did wrong was drafting Jamarcus Russel he has turned out to be a complete failure. Don't get me wrong Al Davis is a great GM but I think its time for him to move on all he is doing is making it so much worse for The Raiders. The Oakland Raiders have been terrible since they lost the Super Bowl to the Tampa Bay. I just think that The Raiders aren't even competeitive anymore in games. Just look at last week vs. The Falcons the offense could't even put a single point on the board. The Raiders will always be my team but it pains me to see them doing so bad and not doing anything about it. They made a good move drafting Darren McFadden and I think that he will be an elite back in this leauge in just a few years to come. However he has no supporting cast on the offensive side of the ball. Jamarcus Russel has done nothing since he was drafted and the reciving core is just terrible. Don't even get me started on the O-Line they are the worst in the NFL and can't stop anyone. On the defensive side of the ball I think the Raiders are about average. Nnamdi Asomugha is one of the best corners in the leauge and is a leader on The Raiders defense. Michael Huff has done nothing since he's been in the leauge but I think he still has a shot to be a good saftey in this leauge. Derrick Burgess had one break-out year and now he hasn't done much as a Defensive End. Kirk Morrison leads a fairly decent linebacking core that likes to crush the ball carrier. All in all the Raiders are in some serious trouble for the next few years if they don't pick up some key peices to the ***** and actually find a decent head coach to lead this team.
