We had some great entries to round 1 of our Video Challenge. But there were lots of fantastic moments of action in the real-life tournament that no one tried to match or better. Luckily, the tournament keeps throwing up great moments and now you have a chance to work on some of the new ones.
Just pick any moment of play that you really loved and use the magic of EA SPORTS UEFA EURO 2008™ either to re-create the pros’ footwork perfectly or to outdo it. Make sure you stick a comment below this news article, telling everyone to check out your video. Write “Round 2” at the start of your video’s caption and send EA Goal Guru a message too, so we can decide which video deserves a much-coveted spot in our Featured Videos widget! How about Cristiano Ronaldo’s beautiful goal against the Czech Republic on Wednesday? Or the work by Darijo Srna and Ivica Olić that led to Croatia’s surprise victory against Germany on Thursday? Or maybe you’ll go for something a little more unusual, like the bizarre behaviour on Saturday by Greece’s goalkeeper Antonis Nikopolidis, running upfield and leaving his goal open for Russia’s Konstantin Zyryanov to score.
It doesn’t have to be a goal – just pick an important moment that really impressed or amazed you and put yourself in control of it.
Good luck in Round Two!
