Once you've logged in, go to 'My FootballWorld'. If this is the first time you've used this page, click on the 'Add Widgets' button. Click the 'Add' button on 'My Performance', then click complete. You should now see a widget called 'My Performance' on yoru page. If you click on 'more' you'll get a detailed breakdown of your performance (online and connected single-player), as well as a list of the acheivements that you have earned.This also works when looking at other people's profiles- a chance to see if your friends are as good as they say they are!

This depends on which of your Groups you published your video to (see How do I publish my video to a Group?).

To provide a rating for a video, click the relevant star on the right-hand side of the screen and select SUBMIT.

To comment on a video, enter your thoughts into the form below the video screen and select SUBMIT.

To report blogs or comments that you deem unsuitable, click REPORT and the content will be looked into.

To find your video, select the PROFILE tab at the top of the screen to access your Profile and find your My Videos widget. To view a clip, simply select it.

To publish a video to a Group, select the clip you wish to post, choose a Group from the drop down list on the right-hand side of the screen and select PUBLISH.

To upload a video from an EA SPORTS™ game, select INSTANT REPLAY on the Pause Menu while playing a match and follow the on-screen instructions. A confirmation will appear when it has successfully uploaded.

To publish a video, choose a Group from the drop down list on the right of the Video Player screen and select PUBLISH.

To delete a video, select DELETE on the right-hand side of the Video Player screen.

To amend your personal details, select the PROFILE tab at the top of the screen, click EDIT in the My Bio widget on the My Profile screen, make your changes and select SAVE CHANGES.

To rate a blog, select the appropriate star (out of five) at the top of the screen and then select SUBMIT.

Select the PROFILE tab at the top of the screen, click the Persona List drop down and choose which Persona you want to adopt. Then click SET PERSONA.

Select the PROFILE tab at the top of the screen, click NEW PERSONA and follow the on-screen instructions.

When you’ve created your blog, select a Group to post to using the drop-down list on the Blogs screen.

To comment on a blog, enter your thoughts into the form at the bottom of the blog and select SUBMIT.

You cannot currently create your own Group. However we are hoping to introduce this facility in the future.

To edit your blog (and to publish it, if it has been saved as a draft), select EDIT on the right of the Blogs screen.

To send a message, select SEND NEW MESSAGE in the top left-hand corner of any screen (or select NEW MESSAGE in the My Messages screen). Then choose a Friend from the drop-down list at the top of the screen, write your message and select SEND (alternatively, select MESSAGE next to a Friend’s name in the My Friends screen).

The messaging tool allows you to contact anyone on your Friends List.

You can add Friends in two ways. Either select a member’s profile name to access their Profile page and select REQUEST AS FRIEND from under their Avatar or type part of their profile name into the search box in the top right-hand corner of the screen, click the arrow symbol, find the member you wish to invite and select ADD FRIEND. Then, to send the invite, type a personal message into the text box and select SEND.

To accept a Friend request, select any message in your Inbox with the Subject heading “Friend Request” and then select the link in the body of that message.

The silhouette is your EA SPORTS Football World Avatar, a virtual representation of you within Football World.

To delete a Friend from your Friends List, select the tick box to the right of their name and then click DELETE SELECTED at the bottom of the screen.
