I have upload two pictures just fine and made photo game faces just fine but for some reason now I can't get anymore to show on the thumbnails. all i see now where the pictures should be is a black silouette with a crack through it.. Please someone help!!!!

If you haven't figured out the upload process you have to go to the tab at the top of the ea sportsworld web page that says "my sports world" on the bottom left there should be a box that says upload photos for gameface see if that helps.... you think they'd have step by step instructions by now

i cant even get my uploaded photo onto the game. it says i havent uploaded any photos when i have. What do i do to get thumbnails started?
