No, they are fine.
Fabregas becoming captain gives Gallas a break and brings new life into the squad.
I don't know any players that want to leave, shouldn't always believe the newspapers, there job is to stir things not provide accurate information :-p

Gallas needs to leave, Wenger needs to buy some players in the transfer window
get rid of Diaby as well
Arsenal will do fine the second half of the season
Theo being out for 3 months is going to hurt us though
